The Canadian Babel Book

This book is an attempt to recognize cultural backgrounds and traditions of just a few of the many dominant cultures we live amongst. This cultural diversity is an exciting development but it also poses real and significant challenges to the services providers. This book in fact was created in response to many requests for information and advice concerning service-provision in an increasingly multi-cultural setting.
