Mr. Noor Din is the Founder and Executive Director of Human Endeavour and has been working with YCHR-CRT since 2003 for the setup of Human Endeavour. Along with his professional activities, he is working with several government levels and other CBOs to identify and address the needs of ethono-cultural, particularly South Asian community and provide the required support and services.

He is an engineer by profession and currently working as a business and technical consultant in the industry. Prior to that, he was the Chairman of Northfield Storage Technologies and Manager of hardware and ASICs engineering department at McDATA Corporation. He has extensive management and hands on experience in handling multimillion dollars projects with local and remote teams of diversified capabilities and ethnic backgrounds. He has also worked for Hewlett Packard, Alcatel & Canstar and GN Nettest. He alongwith his family migrated to Canada in 1990. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from University of Toronto.

Ms. Meenu Sikand has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kurukshetra University (India) and numerous technical and leadership trainings. She is the Gender and Equity advisor of Human Endeavour. Currently she is working as the Accessibility Planning Specialist for the Region of Peel, Ontario, Canada. Recently, she has been appointed by the City Council as a member of the City of Vaughan's Accessibility Advisory Committee. Her previous work experience includes management positions within provincial government, corporate as well as non-profit sector. She is a passionate Human Rights advocate who is actively involved in number of organizations advancing the rights of women, persons with disabilities and immigrants. She is the recepient of many awards of excellence from leading organizations.
Ms. Fozia Tanveer is also among the founding members of YCHR-CRT and Human Endeavour. In 2006, she has received Masters degree in International Development from School of Asian and Oriential Studies in London, England. She also has a Masters Degree in English literature from Government College Lahore. She also completed post graduate courses in Journalism (Ryerson University, Canada) and Political Science (Lahore). Fozia started her career as a journalist in the leading newspapers of Pakistan. She has been actively involved, as Director, with the Solid Waste Management Programs in Pakistan. She has worked with SAP (Pakistan) in the capacity of Development Information Officer & member of Management Committee, evaluating and monitoring the development projects in various areas. Fozia is responsible for arranging workshops, seminars and dialogues on provincial & national levels. She has also contributed several research papers, case studies, handbooks. She is the Coordinator of Journalists Resource Centre of Pakistan responsible for advancement of Journalism. Fozia is currently the Program Support Director for Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO-Pakistan). An organization committed to strengthen rural and urban community-based organizations (CBOs) to assist poor and disadvantaged sections of the communities to achieve their goals for sustainable development through a participatory approach.
Mr. Azmat Abbas recently returned to Pakistan after one year fellowship at the prestigious Stanford University in USA. He was awarded John S. Knight Fellowship at Stanford University where he spent a year in pursuing studies in fields of his interest. He is the second Pakistani who was awarded the fellowship in the last 39 years and successfully completed all the requirements of the fellowship. Abbas holds a Masters Degree in Political Science and has attended several international workshops and trainings. He has memberships in several prestigious institutions as Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, Federal Union of Journalists, Punjab Union of Journalists, Lahore Press Club. He has been with YCHR-CRT as a consultant and has provided assistance on strategic planning, project identification & implementation, writing & drafting proposals for potential projects and compiling reports. Abbas is the staff writer at Herald magazine's Lahore Bureau, Pakistan's largest monthly magazine.Abbas has worked in various capacities with Herald, The News, Dawn, Daily Muslim, & South Africa Broadcasting Corporation.
Ms. Qudsia Akram is currently enrolled in University of Toronto with a major in Education and minor in Women Studies and Sociology. Her research projects for social science courses inspired her to join Human Endeavour. Currently, Ms. Qudsia's main focus is on youth & women issues, organizing forum discussions and writing articles on important community matters regarding youth and women. Qudsia strongly believes in the importance of education and self reliance, especially when it comes to women. She is involved in the process of providing awareness about human rights in general and women rights in particular and helping women in attaining and protecting their rights. She is focused in exploring and providing young women with the means that would allow them to be an integral and equally privileged part of society.

Ms. Amrit Kaur a retired early childhood educator is also the Vice President of South Asian Seniors Forum. This Forum is a division of Human Endeavour and currently is operational within the City of Vaughan. Recently, she has been appointed by the City Council as a member of the City of Vaughan's Accessibility Advisory Committee.
