I am happy that with our collective work and efforts we have made a positive impact in the lives of many.

I have had the opportunity to work with Human Endeavour for the past many years. In the past 3-4 years, I have reached out to them for supporting the marginalized families/students and refugees with their basic needs. Human Endeavour has always responded favorably and acted urgently to support the families with clothes, gift cards for grocery shopping, YRT tickets and other help. At times, after exhausting other resources, I have contacted Human Endeavour and they always find a way to help either through some funding, their own resources or from the financial support of their social enterprises.

Being a member of Human Endeavour has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences throughout my senior years.

I have made countless lasting friendships and have thoroughly enjoyed the variety of programs provided to us...

Twice each week, we hold events both in person and on zoom, learn about important topics related to physical and mental health, fraud prevention, safety and prevention, attend group exercise sessions and participate in diverse activities. We also celebrate personal milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries and various cultural events to acknowledge one another which helps in multicultural integration.

Joining YEPS (Youth Engagement and Peer Support) has really improved my social skills.

Prior to joining, I was always really shy to speak up and had difficulties to voice my opinion. However, by joining this program, it has boosted my confidence because I always feel like everyone genuinely cares about what I have to say and I have made new friends in such a short period...

Prior to joining, I was always really shy to speak up and had difficulties to voice my opinion. However, by joining this program, it has boosted my confidence because I always feel like everyone genuinely cares about what I have to say and I have made new friends in such a short period of time. I will definitely be joining again!

I really enjoyed the Mom n Tots program.

It made me feel confident as a mother to see my daughter trying to be more social. As we all have struggled to teach them, their school, to see that she was learning everything in a fun way is a big accomplishment for any mother or parent and teacher.

I was depressed for a whole year. I knew there was something I had to do to get myself out of the house.

What that something was I didn't know but I ended up talking to Noor and I started coming here and it's been probably the best thing I did. The friends that I made, I think I made lifelong friends.

It's been a lifesaver.

So now COVID comes total isolation, total opposite of what I was doing. I got pretty down and depressed. I wasn’t able to attend the classes anymore. I wasn't able to do the exercises anymore. I wasn't able to socialize with my friends anymore. We have a computer, but we can’t afford to have data... So, when I was contacted that they were going to do a project with a tablet, I jumped on the wagon.
